Receptionist
TLWM Financials’ ideal Receptionist candidate is a motivated and positive individual responsible for creating a warm welcoming introduction for our clients. This full-time position requires at least two years prior experience working in a receptionist capacity. Securities and/or Insurance experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities & Activities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments for multiple individuals.
- Maintains and handles the firms VOIP phone system with updates and messaging.
- Ensure reception area and conference rooms are presentable and prepared for appointments with all necessary materials.
- Performs clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, faxing and coffee preparation.
- In charge of monthly mail outs and will assist with special projects.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Provides logistical support (e.g. kitchen cleaning, beverage set-up, post event clean-up, etc.) ensuring offices are client ready during normal business hours.
- Ensures President’s office is prepared for arrival each normal business morning.
- Must be efficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook; Salesforce and other cloud-based software experience is ideal.
- May have the opportunity to assist Operation Associates with account openings and other financial services account maintenance functions.
- Other various tasks that assist the company maintain its day to day operations as required by management.

Relationship Manager
Description:
Relationship Managers are an integral part of TLWM Financial. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in this capacity. A successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate an ability to engage existing clients. This person will assume the responsibility of administrative support to the firm’s advisors with wealth management services in order to help clients pursue their stated goals.
We compensate all Relationship Managers with a base salary plus a bonus model that rewards individuals that can manage objectives and service goals. Description:
Operations Associates are an integral part of TLWM Financial. We are currently seeking a motivated individual with prior experience to join our team in this capacity. A successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This person will contribute in all aspects of client service and operations. A successful operations associate candidate should demonstrate an excellent understanding of the financial services industry.
